Coral IPx 500 Overview
The IPx 500 is designed to meet the sophisticated communications requirements of small
and medium-sized businesses and remote offices of larger organizations.
The IPx 500 has the same architecture and is powered by the same software as the
larger Coral 800, 3000, and 4000 systems, but is packaged physically smaller. In other words, a
small office can affordably use an advanced PBX that was initially designed for offices
with thousands of telephones. It is an ideal solution for offices or remote sites
requiring as few as 8 and as many as 656 ports. Since it shares the same components
as its larger siblings, you can rest assured knowing that an upgrade path is always
available.
