 “Whenever Lapeer Ford has computer problems I get involved.  On Friday, August 20th, our internet was down and there were some really big problems.  I had to deal with Ford Motor Company, Reynolds & Reynolds, another computer service company and finally I.T.I.  I just wanted to call and let you know that Keith and your service department were the only people out of all those that I had to deal with that offered to be helpful in anyway they could.  Keith said, ‘Have Ford call us, have Reynolds & Reynolds call us, we know you don’t know the jargon, we’ll explain what we’re seeing from our end and help you get this solved.’  Keith spent plenty of time on the phone with me.  You’ve got some real ambassadors for business there.
