professional responsibility of fair dealing towards I.T.I.'s customers, past and present,
fellow I.T.I. employees and the general public. |

Every I.T.I. employee has the
professional responsibility of adhering to generally accepted standards of accuracy and
truth. |

An I.T.I. employee shall not place
his/her self in a position when the I.T.I. employee's interest is, or may be, in conflict
with its duty to the customer or I.T.I. |

Each I.T.I. employee shall safeguard
the confidence of both present and former clients and shall not disclose or use these
confidences to disadvantage or prejudice such clients. |

An I.T.I. employee shall not
intentionally disseminate false or misleading information, and each I.T.I. employee is
obligated to use appropriate means to avoid dissemination of false or misleading
information. |

An I.T.I. employee shall not
disparage the professional reputation or practice of another I.T.I. employee. If,
however, an I.T.I employee learns that another I.T.I. employee has used unethical or
unfair practices, the I.T.I. employee should notify his/her immediate supervisor to
appropriately address the issue. |

Every I.T.I. employee shall be
treated as individuals with respect to their dignity and recognition of their merit. |
